Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to eligible destinations worldwide. Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched.
United States and United Kingdom:
Estimated total delivery time is 13–19 business days after placing your order. This includes 3–5 business days of processing and 10–14 business days of transit time after dispatch.
Other eligible international destinations:
Estimated total delivery time is 13–25 business days after placing your order. This includes 3–5 business days of processing and 10–20 business days of transit time after dispatch.
Packing Video Add-On
The Packing Video is an add-on service and must be purchased together with a physical product.
Selecting a Packing Video may add an additional 1–2 weeks to order processing before dispatch. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and remains subject to the delivery estimates above.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges determined by the destination country. Please check your local customs requirements before placing an order.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
